Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit aispadel.com, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
The website aispadel.com is operated by AI Solutions (“we”, “us”), the developer of AI Padel, a computer vision system for padel clubs. We decide how and why the personal data described here is processed.

What we collect and why

We do not ask for passwords or payment details on this website, and we do not use your data for automated decisions about you.
Session recording
We use WaveReplay, our own session-recording tool, to see how visitors move through the pages. It records navigation, clicks, scrolling and errors. It does not record what you type into form fields, only that something was typed. Recordings are not shared with third parties.
We also use Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service provided by Yandex, with its session replay (Webvisor) and click map. It collects the same kind of usage data — pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, browser and device type, approximate location — and sets its own cookies (_ym_uid, _ym_d and related). The data is processed by Yandex on its servers. You can opt out with the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies.
Cookies and local storage
- Country cookie: our server stores the country detected from your IP address for one day, so the website can open in the right language.
- Language choice: if you pick a language, it is remembered in a cookie and in your browser’s local storage for up to one year.
- Notice dismissed: when you close the cookie notice, this is remembered in local storage so the notice does not appear again.
- Session recording: the session-recording tool may keep a session identifier in your browser.
- Yandex Metrica: analytics cookies such as
_ym_uidand_ym_d, kept for up to one year.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will keep working.
How long we keep data
We keep demo requests for as long as we need them to handle your request and continue our conversation with you. Session recordings are kept only for as long as they are needed for analysis. If you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. Data is stored on servers we control and on the infrastructure of our hosting provider, which processes it only on our behalf. We may disclose data if the law requires us to.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- find out what data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- object to or restrict processing based on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before;
- complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Security
The website is served over HTTPS, so data sent between your browser and our servers is encrypted. Only staff who need requests for their work can access them.
Changes to this policy
We publish the current version on this page and update the effective date when it changes.
